    Guys kumusta naman ni nga company karon? Plan unta ko mangapply dinhi ugma pero nahadlok ko sa mga posts sa fb confession about d management. Mag change man daw ug management? Na tinuod na ni? Ok na ang management? Diba ang problem kay dili cla kabalo mo fight what is due for d agents unya naay trust issues? Monoblock gihapon ang mga lingkoranan? Ok na ang flush sa CR? Haay...daghan kaau ko pangutana kay grabe man gud kaau nega ang mga feedbacks. Naa nako CC experience gud and I myt end up comparing Kudo with my current company. Ganahan man gud unta ko kay naa ra sa opon. I hope ni step up na ni na company oi kay murag dugay na baya unta kaau ni sila dinhi unya gamay lang gihapon kaau...murag wala jud nahimo ang management ug ang tag-iya nga right things and decisions to grow the company and be a kick-ass CC! I don't know much sa company ha pero para man gud nako, if maayo ang culture and managemnt, dugay na unta ni nahimong 1000+ employee nga company. But maybe I'm wrong...Hopefully naay maka feedback nga still working sa Kudo and has SEEN changes. Please guys, I need your inputs cuz I'm about to give up my company for Kudo.

    Ang resulta, wala jud ko modayon ug apply. Unya nlng cguro if naa nay mga nice feedback ang company. Well, at least karon murag wala naman pod nag post ug bad feedback, so nagka ok na tingali.

    I applied for a non agent position and passed the ****ing exam and ****ing initial interview. I went back and forth for ****s sake! So, the bitch recruiter told me I'll need to come back another day to schedule a ridiculous ****ing final interview with the bitch Hr manager Rebecca. Now this bitch right here asked question as if she's a police official or nbi. We got to a point where she asked me how much am I expecting for my salary I told here between 15-20 k since i already have 4 years working in a call center; problem is, she offered me 10k. ARE YOU ****ING KIDDING ME? We'll I told her 15k is fine. So she told me they will contact me on friday that week to review my application(jeez! I answered all your questions fluently with confidence)she even asked me if i'm gonna be busy or not, told her NO! So, i waited but until now there's no response , they left me hanging.

    MO PUTI NALANG CGURONG UWAK WALA GIHAPON KOY BALITA ANI NILA. SO UNPROFFESIONAL!!! **** THIS COMPANY!! Maayo ramo advertise nga daghan mo position hiring pero walay klaro, di man diay mo ka afford og agents or non agents with Cc experience.

    One of my friends told me how terrible this company is.

    1.Gamay ra daw sweldo dre(dili sila ka afford anang 12k up)
    2.Kada lihok naay deduction(activity fund p50 per sweldo & if mo kaon ka sa pantry kay swipe swipe deduct sa imo sweldo)
    3.Monoblock chairs(sakit sa lobot madugay)
    4.1 DAY OFF(are you kidding?, call center pero 1 day off?)
    5.No salary increase(ma promote ka pero way increase sweldo)
    6.Substandard facilities
    7.Toilet dili mo flush(so makita pa sa uban nga mo gamit imong tae ga lutaw lutaw)
    8.Sleeping lounge with NO AIR CONDITIONER ang lack of beds(ig gawas nimo puno nka sa singot, uban kay matulog sa sawg)
    9.Air condioner nga kagar-kagar, kuwang cleaning(perti alimoota)
    10.Mas daghan mang resign or mang awol keysa hired agents.

    Applicant ko bai... and I felt that I've just wasted my time in going there.... bwahahahahahahahahaha.... Labi na when I talked to rebeccah... na, WEIRD kaayo oi.... good thing wala ko tawagi...

    I think mao guro wala ko tawagi kay mura ug dili guro sila ka afford sa akoang gipangayo nga expected salary kay more than P12K man gud to.... basin maulaw lang nya sila....

    expected nana bai.,kasagaran jud makasud dha ky mga wala call center experience since ang expected salary ana ky below 10 or 10k below jud.,pro og ma promote ka as 2nd level of support ky dha mklaro ang increase ky muabot jud 20k.,naa lng jd usa ka position dha nga ma promote ka pro ang imo scope of work ray mausab.,naa gmay mausab.,hehe
