Crepe:
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Mix ingredients well in a bowl. ladle mixture on to oiled pan over medium heat. Swish the pan around so the mix coats the pan thinly. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes or untill the bottom is brown. Flip over and cook other side.
Serve with fruits, maple syrup and ice cream. fold the fruits in, put the ice cream on top and add syrup to taste.
