Sa threads above, it seems the owner of the camera believes he did it. Wala say lain tao with the motive to shoot a camera after stealing it from the son of the mayor.... then would somehow know where its owner lives.

If u steal a camera, imo nang gamiton or ibaligya... why waste a bullet on it.

whats the deal with closing the thread? Controllado ba sad ang istorya sa mayor? You talk about presumption of innocence yet you immediately decided to close the thread to avoid further discussions on the topic.

Exactly! This Mod can't maintain his impartiality. As a matter of fact, he likes to flaunt his so called "authority". His abuse of privilege is simply uncalled for & in some ways can be quite coercive & repressive. I think in his rush to close/delete the thread, he wasn't thinking & functioning as an impartial Mod but was trying to abused the privileges of a Mod -for reasons he alone knows. I can only speculate that he was just trying to suck up sa Papi ni Miguel in the hope of gaining his favor. Just my two cents, okies!

an anonymous text like that "can" be considered 'natural and justifiable' (also an empty death threat) but to match it with a camera being shot, that's one hell of a sick and cruel thing to do and the scary thing is that that person definitely owns a gun and there's a possibility that he/she will use it...

You entirely missed the point here . The comparison was based on REPUTATION . That their respective REPUTATION doesnt make them guilty until proven otherwise . That is the point here . Bisan unsa pa na sila ka BUGOY o MANGTAS , it doesnt justify na GUILTY sila .



Commonsense or whatnot ... it is not ADMISSIBLE sa court ang testimonies basing on circumstances because what's needed are e person who personally saw MIGUEL OSMENA shot the camera , a person who personally saw or a security cam capturing MIGUEL OSMENA gibitay ang camera sa gate and most of all a person who personally saw MIGUEL OSMENA using a cellphone with a dummy simpack and making death threats thru sms messaging . Sa mga circle of friends ni MIGUEL OSMENA , what do you think would be their reactions also sa mga allegations and accusations sa mga friends ni SAM ?

believe it or not, wala jud ko kaila anang miguel osmena other than karon lang pud ko kabalo anak na ni mayor (personally or hear anything about him), ako mga comment diri is based on what the TS typed here... based from that alone, daghan jud ma convince that he really did it, so ako, strongly convinced that he did, wala nako ni gi base sa iya so called reputation... but as others said, wala lagi ebidensya nga siya jud, im just voicing out my opinion here...

IMO, there are 'cases' nga even tho dili strong ang evidence, ppl can tell nga that person is guilty (or not) db? so a person can be guilty in court but in the truth he is not (same thing as the opposite)....

IMO, there are 'cases' nga even tho dili strong ang evidence, ppl can tell nga that person is guilty (or not) db? so a person can be guilty in court but in the truth he is not (same thing as the opposite)....

I think you're wrong. There must a rule of law. Kung in-ana imong pasabot na puwede ma convict without evidence then daghan na mapriso or convicted mga libelous words.
