yup. it is hard especially kana bago pa ka mag start. para nako walai preference kung wat time ka mag exercise, the important thing is make time jud kung asa ka comfortable ma buntag man, hapon or gabii man.
Ako sa una mas mo prefer ko gabii kai right after work, kai kung buntag dili ko ganahan mo mata ug sayo. if mag lisod ka ug start ug exercise mas nindot if you have an exercise buddy.
