naah I don't think so....shaq was TOO COMPLACENT back in L.A. he thought he had all it figured out that nobody can beat them until Detroit did in NBA Finals '04...naa man sad point c Kobe sa iyang gipanulti nga overweight c shaq coming to training camp...If I'm not mistaken, Kobe just got back from a knee injury (ACL I think), then played EMPHATICALLY during the regular season to carry them to playoff contention kay daghan sad kaau injury sa ilang players during that time....ang pinakasayang c Karl Malone kay diha pa jud nadisgrasya hapit na ang playoffs den nausban ni Mark Madsen....heheheh

ah lain man sad to nga power ka Domnique Wilkins kay saddistic power man to murag naay kalagot sa ring....but I think w have overlooked Vinsanity.....I think he's the all-time slam dunk champion.....bisan c jordan ug wilkins maglisod....
Mao nay nakalahi man gud... mga moves sa-una, they have to come up with it on their own, mga moves ni Wilkins ug ang uban mag tan-aw sa una, maka ingon gyud ug ngilngig.. kay before Wilkins, Webb, ug Jordan kinsa man ang ilang example? DR. J raman. Then DR J's moves wasn't that great pero mao sab, sa iyang panahon, ngilngig na kaayo ... mga moves karon, variations and improvisations sa mga moves sa una... I think nag sugod gyud to sa kang Harold Miner then Isaiah Rider nga ni gawas ang mga ungo nga kuyaw na kaayo manglupad... mga ngilngig na kaayo.

"there are so many players who want to be like mike, many will came quite close but none of them will be better" Tracy Mcgrady

    sa ako lang
no other player dominated sa 90 s than jordan , kay sa 80 gi share man ni magic og bird.

nya daghan sad maayo sa iya ka batch sa 90's kasagaran mga 50 greatest players of all time,

clyde drexler, charles barkley, hakeem olajuwon, patrick ewing and john starks, david robinson, shawn kemp and gary payton, karl malone, stockton, shaq. , mark price and brad daugherty, dominique wilkins. dili nalang nato i apil si bird og magic kay ang ilang prime naa sa 80's

he beat those guys sa iya prime, kay usually it takes 6 to 8 years sa player para ma reach niya iya prime. but what im seeing in lebron james right now is scary. look what he did to the detroit pistons at age 21. thats amazing..... what if kung hinigo pana si james like kobe... hapit niya ma dethrone ang pistons, labi na pag game 6 gamay ra kaayo ang labaw.

jordan 4 won mvps sa 90s and those were championship seasons

    1991 vs lakers
    1992 vs portland

    1996 vs sonics
    1998 vs jazz

yah u can name names since there were ONLY a few polished talented players back then....unlike today nagkalata ang youth w/ skills, some are polished, some are still to be polished.....and there are also international flavors....the ONLY DIFFERENCE is how they play defense, hahay gihimo man ug ZONE instead of MAN - MAN....

I think HAROLD MINER started the outrageously acrobatic moves... followed by ISAIAH RIDER. You have to consider... CARTER grew up watching JORDAN and WILKINS... surely he emulated their moves while growing up. Same as Jordan and Wilkins, they looked up to DR. J during their developmental stages sa ilang game.

You just pointed out the main difference between MJ and KOBE. Everyone in the court feels MJ's presence... apil ang opponent. Most of the great players has this.... Larry Bird has a very commanding presence, same as Magic. KOBE doesn't have it .. and there's a possibility that he may never have it.. ever. His ego outshines everything else.
