Pwede ba diay basahon kung mag troubleshoot ka ug router, adapter, switch, print server, media server, storage device ug surveillance camera... Hasta pa ang OS Windows 98-->>Vista, Mac OS (all version) ug Linux. Now tell me kung basahon raba mag troubleshoot aning mga device. Most of our callers from the USA mga tecky kay mga network administrator man pero daghan pa wala nila ma hibaw-e mao mo tawag sila. Hehehehe. Now tell me if its easy to work as a Technical Support...
