Practicalan ta. Kaya nimo na mag volunteer without pay and ikaw pa magbayad para makasulod sa hospital?

Sa kadaghan karon na nag nursing daghan na kaayo competensya.

Pati US na gipangandoy sa halos lahat ng nurses nagretrogression pa. Dili pa sila pwede mu process ug visa. Tungod pud ni sa mga illegal immigrants didto.

Kung mutrabaho kaha ka sa gawas, sigurado na RN jud ka? O di kaya mag caregiver na lang aron mas dali?

Questions na ako ni gipangutana sa ako kaugalingon ug sa inyo pud aron makahunahuna mo tarong sa inyo carreer. Wa tamo gi discourage pero kung kaya ninyo ang situation karon, sige go. Pero kung feel ninyo na ang kalipay naa gawas sa nursing y not take another course or do a carreer change?

Im a RN since 2006. Wala ko nagtrabaho as nurse. Kay na feel nako na dili ra kay inig graduate nimo ug nursing trabaho dayon ka, dili man inana. Daghan pa kaayo ka gastosan para lang makakuha ka sa imo gusto. And besides napugos ra pud ko, dili ko ganahan jud mag nurse.

Bantay ka tigulang sa US? Kung mu trabaho diay ka diri na sakto lang ug sweldo unya bantayan nimo imo mama o papa or lola ba or lolo diba.

On the contrary a lot of nursing grads and undergrads were hired in our office. In fact pag gawas sa results sa board exams daghan nag sadya sa amu account..

Also, it's NOT that stressful dyud, siguro pag first but after a couple of months okay na kaau. Nurses also do graveyard shifts. Mas rewarding gani kay ma compensated ka sa kahasol.

Gnahan sd ta kog office job, graphic designing or programming or mga ingana...

If I can't get a job this year as a nurse, shift ko next year.... The thought of having to go abroad to get a good future is nauseating. I never wanted to leave the country, not to mention my family for greener pastures. When I went into nursing I never looked at the future of my career, karon rko nka realize dli ko gnahan mu larga as a nurse. Pero wa natay mahimo.

I could have taken culinary courses, that was my first love, but no... I had to go with a "sosyal na maid" (no offense) course. Makes me want to turn back time.
