ana ra na bro,kaon daghan especially carbo,yaw ug exercise,binaboy style, tog,mata,kaon,kaligo...hehe

2 years na. sharu wa kapa nitambug cgeg kaun ug daghan hahahaha.Pero kung wa pa I think much better kung paporma ka instead ug patambok kay unhealthy man gud ang patambok through eating junk foods. Basta eat plenty of healthy food frequently , cardio and weightlifting ( gaan lang na weights)exercises ( para maporma ug tarong ang lawas).
eat 6 times a day(no vegies, only fatty foods) and drink soda everyday
