call center is not bad for your health... the "higher than normal" stress level is bad however... and whether we like it or not, reality jud na nga mas taas jud og stress level ang sa call centers kay ang ma stress ang imong pang huna2x og emosyon... mas grabe nag impact in the long run than physical stress...
yeah you can always justify "stress management" and blah blah blah... but the truth is, most call center workers are just doing it because it pays higher than regular jobs out there...
working in the night shift is not totally bad, but it's not good either... honestly, scrapping night premiums out of the equation, ganahan ba jud mo mo trabaho og night shift?![]()
hahaha..nahan kug night shift kay walay init..![]()
Hahaaayz, kapoy tubay anang mga tawo nga either DI KASABOT (for short bogo) or dili lang jud gusto mosabot (sarado ang huna-huna nga sila ra ang sakto).
What a nice way to put it. I hope that is enough para mohilom ning mga gagmay'g utok diri. As for the stress level mo-agree ko nimo sir. Tinuod jud na. But like every other issues here, it boils down to 'depende sa tawo'.
As for the question, yeah okay ra nako bsan walay night diff. Dili init, mas dako ang chance na dili ka ma-late, wala ang management, lahi ka sa uban kay sila pauli na ikaw padung pa work. And I am a night person man gud pud mao nga mas ganahan ko pang gabie.
Not really, ako going 4 years nko working sa call center, never been hospitalized, or seriously sick (maybe fever lang mga once a year hilantan, but the next day ok nah) i dont know sa uban pero ako i-prioritize jud nko ang tulog and not just tulog but ang quality sa tulog na dapat sakto ang amount sa oras, for me 6, 7, 8, 9 hours depende sa adlaw as long as mka tug ko ana na number of oras, im fine when i go on duty at night...
maybe bad sa uban kay usually himuon mang habit na mu tagay pa after shift ug laag or unsa pa, sa ako, occasional nlang, so ig abot nkos balay, i dont even go to sleep right away, net pa, tv pa, bantay pa sa anak, basta when i go to sleep ang environment is for sleep jud, thick/ dark curtains and bugnaw to simulate night time environment na conducive sa sleeping.
kung naa may stress, i think normal na stress na work related, similar to the one's na nagwork dayshift, but once i go home, wala ra, i dont know why people make such as fuzz about how stressful working in a call center is, i believe its all about mind setting and time management lang, my 2 cents.=)
stress management, time management, rest/sleep management and be responsible in doing it ,it's for your own safety and wellness, but anyhow, morning shift najud ko for the past 4 years weeee
kay ngano sakto sad diay ka? unsa to ok ra nimo bsan way night diff? sure ka?otok bulinaw
man diay ka. cguro nadatu na kaayo ka panarbaho sa imo getrabahoan krn kay ok rman kaayo nimo tnan. way okay anang nightshift bai bsan asa pka manarbaho, not unless matog rkas imo getrabahoan mao nang ok kaayo para nimo.
