Since MR & PUDA is not accredited by PCCI or AKUPI as of the moment, the reason you can't see any title attached to your dog's grandparents pedigree like MR or PUDA. PCCI and AKUPI as of the moment only recognized Schutzhund & IPO.

By the way, PUDA is already long been goned. Since its founder sir Noel Austria of Spratly K9 already migrated in the US during early 2000.

Poker is already 11 years of age at this point and been retired by JV Ejercito as his personal dog. Poker passed the Mondio Ring 1 & 2 and same time PUDA 1 & 2. On the other side about Niron des Deux Mandragores, Niron was imported from the US by Dra. Rosewood and if not mistaken Niron wasn't able to campaign in any sports ring for the reason he was trained as personal protection dog. Niron is a very drivey dog and handler aggressive.

Personally, I worked alot of progeny out of Niron and Poker. I remember I have this experience with one of the son of Poker who is really a hard out dog. It almost break my wrist during the "defense of the handler" scenario.

This video below is direct son also of Niron des Deux Mandragores:

Lucius is really fast and intense bite.

My Aslan before is also grandson of Niron & Neptune de la Tavernière MR2 PUDA2

Very informative Ron..Thank you! I would like to ask bro, in selecting a dam to be paired on my BM, is it necessary also to have similar progeny? does it affect the future quality of the pups? or as long as you like the conformation or bloodlines and shes healthy? and personnally how would you select a dam? Hope you could share also your experience and thouhgts on this Ron. Tks.

    Your welcome sir.

Another good question. Honestly, these questions should oftenly ask to those who are breeding their dogs. First, what is your purpose in breeding your dog? Second, what particular or specific character or genes you want to pass to your breeding, Third, thus your dog is FREE from fault or environmental issues?

Because in selecting a good foundation bitch or stud should undergo proper evaluation. In my case, everytime I select a good dam candidate for breeding. Make sure the said dam is 100% healthy, fit to the standard of for the breed, FREE from faults or genes, if she is not trained, make sure she has a good character and balance temperament. Because 70% of the dam genes passes to the litter. The only purpose of the stud is to improve and balance the breeding.

Its good also to look into your dog's bloodline. If you want to produced sporty type of dog find a stud or dam that came from bloodlines who excel from Sports Ring like MR, IPO or Schutzhund. While if you are planning to have personal protection dog. Look for a bloodline who already proven their lines in personal protection like used in Patrol Dogs and Security Dogs. But there are also dogs excel in both Sports and Protection. Its just a matter how lucky you are to find its match.

As I always say, good Bloodline + Care + Training = My Ideal Dog.

Im not a vet and would like to inquire about the veracity of the statement that 70% of the dam's gene passes to the litter. In the basic genetics of humans , 50% of the gene come from each parent. Is it different with dogs?

guys, question....how do you discipline a BM when it's starting to be rowdy? meaning, uncontrollable na iyang kakiat. Sometimes she would bike (kanang duwa-duwa lang gud) coz' she's being teased by kids...and kung unsa man ang pinaka duol nga butang mao na iyang paakon....

what do you do? you say...

    a. NO! BAD DOG! then spank....
    2. NO! BAD DOG! then sabay bira sa iyang leash....
    3. NO! then you talk in front of her and explain to her.

hope somebody can help me out...how do you also show to the dog that you are the leader of the pack?

sorry for the late reply sir.

Belgian Malinois by nature is really hyperactive. Sometimes they can be very destructive and misjudge by their attitudes. To lessen such or minimize, spend some time by allow your dog to play. If you dog loves ball, throw as many time you want para sya mapagod and burnout. Such time they will be more tamer and relax. Give some toy or chew bones especially at young age as 3-6months old. Since at that period they change to their permanent teeth and sometimes makati gums nila and need to find something to nip.

what do you do? you say...

    a. NO! BAD DOG! then spank.... never spank your dog at very early age. it developed trauma when it turns mature.
    2. NO! BAD DOG! then sabay bira sa iyang leash.... - depending how accurate you give and no delayed.
    3. NO! then you talk in front of her and explain to her. - make sure your dog knows his/her mistake.
