    Anyway guys, nice man ang life sa solutions. Though naa man gyud mga petty nga mga butang nga mga negatives, but almost negligible ra. I don't know what happened sa ACCS, wala man gud mi kaau kahibalo sa pamalakad kay 'murag' secluded man na sila. Lahi ra pud kaau ang gipangbuhat sa solutions compared sa ila. Ang solutions pud nga mga taw, grabe kaau ang pag-embody sa SCRIBO (accenture core values). Gamay sipyat, incident report daun. Pero murag wala pa man kaau na IR sa solutions - mga but-an man gud ang mga taw.

    Speaking of compensation pud sa solutions, ok ra wala increase this year. Sa giingon na ni ilovedogs, dagko naman daan ang sweldo. Some also don't care kay dollars man pud ang sweldo(does not mean that i am blowing my own trumpet - this is just to encourage you guys to seek a role in accenture when the economy and business booms back ).

    Basin na-exaggerate nalang pud nuon ang mga negatives sa ACCS ngari nga thread. Halos lahat man pud yata, contractuals sa ila. I-hope magmalipayon na pud sila.

    Nothing happened.
    It's just that some of the forummers here are a bit dissatisfied. Dili man pud ko ka defend sa ACCS kay wala gyud ko kalibutan unsa mag panglihok-lihok nila ngadto.

    It's a company-wide practice not to share with anybody the figures, as it is highly confidential.

I can speak for the regular employees: waves1-3 apil npud ang regulars sa wave4, that we are deeply dissatisfied of how our management works.     Well, i cannot argue. As i've said, wla gyud ko kalibutan sa mga panghitabo sa taas.
    Have you raised the concerns to HR? in iLink?
    Effective way na cya. If daghan na gyud reklamo, ma-force ang HR/management to look into the matter (by management, of course, dili ang current management ninyo sa ACCS, higher-ups).
    The same concerns if voiced-out by a significant number of people should be looked at.
    I recommend i-raise nalang gyud ni ninyo.
