At least ang BPO mo regularized ug employees ug nice kaaug benefits. Ang chinese owned companies like SM ug Gaisano try kuno pangutana mga sales ladies ug pilay ila sueldo kaabot bag minimum unya regular ba sila? Ako hibaw-an ang SM puro ra contractual, renew2x ra. Ug way klarong benepisyo mga employees, di baya lalim trabaho mga sales girls and sales boys, kasuway mog barug mga 10 hours puerti tawon anang kapoya. BPO on the other hand is one of the reason why eatery business and malls are sprouting, kung simbako mangawala na, hagba pod tanang negosyo kay domino effect ra na. Walay ma exempt ang ga work ras govt kay sige ra na silag collect ug taxes.
