What a harsh comment for the government since they are the one who paced it out. It's really funny cause I thought it was paced out because there was no approved claim that it has therapeutic effects and that people here are only using it for business and pleasure.

Again, I will tell you my opinion. Those linggam massage spas here are being utilized for business and pleasure. Pleasure in which i mean, is out of lust. Spa therapist are being paid extra for extra service. If you don't know that then perhaps you should try to be more observant with the society. I am not against linggam but I am agianst the way people utilize it here. Do you really think only the sexually disabled people are being taken as their clients? If you are sexually disabled and you have been a regular customer then good for you. You are exactly their ideal client.
