For me GMA is accountable for all the corruptions done by her appointees, election fraud and killings in Maguindanao. She was the President and manager of previous administration, she has the command responsibility. So whatever the performance of her appointees, she is accountable even to the corruptions made by husband. Here are some of the corruption she and her appointees were involved: ZTE broadband project , Fertilizers scam, railroad projects. These issues have no closure as of this time. Election fraud, she is accountable on the election fraud during her term. Hello Garci controversy is true. That's why she is now ripping the fruits of her mistakes like Maguindanao massacre, if she did not maneuver the election in Maguindanao for sure the Ampatuans will not abuse their power. But because they know that GMA has debt of gratitude to them so they are confident to abuse their power plus GMA allowed them to build their own armies.
Lets not judge Pnoy because he has still until 2016 to prove his worth as a President.

I'm no fan of PNoy - (neither do I vote) - but PNoy had taken a "majority filipino voters" because of his promise of "WALANG MAHIRAP KUNG WALANG CORRUPT", that was his battle cry - to break these vicious cycle of corruption. He got the mandate and is trying to deliver the results - for other accomplishments that "hopefully" will follow later - yet, for the "majority of the dummies" his battle cry is enough - Unfortunate for those who filipinos who wish to see stock-market trends, employment, school and education - that will take a back seat for now as the nation is reeled on the "martyr of corruption". A result has to be produced whatever it takes,-and obstacles in place - Gutierrez, Corona, etc., that would be his Christmas Gift to those who voted for him.--

You are taking things very personal and emotional. The reality is that no President can uplift this country of dummies - 80% of Filipinos. As long as this country is run by a Filipino. Manuel L. Quezon - already knew that more than 50% ago and is expecting that, as he said, he would rather see the Philippines run like hell by Filipinos rather than heaven run by Americans. What you are proud of-accomplishments of GMA is nothing compared to our neighbors in the Asean region have achieved. You have to travel to your neighbors to see for yourself how THAT this country of dummies belong to THE STREET DOGS. Please open your eyes and go to the squatters area to the government hospitals and see for yourself - the agony and suffering of the Filipino people. It is immaterial whether you call me yellow zombies or dummies or whatever - it is us Filipinos at fault here. The color divisiveness makes it very easy for all politicians to exploit the Filipinos- making them the bigger dummy. It is important to remember that every politician is out there to make money - they invest millions and millions and millions getting a legal salary of 50,000.00 or 100,000.00.
