    My PLDT DSL now is still slow... Reported twice but still not repaired.

    Ako taud2 sad to bai pagreport nako. It took a week para ma resolved. Follow up lang nya

    Thats the bad part; Customer needs to re-call them "several times" before something is done. I know they have other customers but surely they do have an ample manpower. They are PLDT, a huge company.

    It would be understandable if a day or two but for a week or more before it is resolved? That ridiculous indeed.

    Dili lalim mag cge contact nila "balik2x" para mo complain sa mao ra gihapon nga problema...


    They have a problem with their repairing system and procedures.

    I definitely agree with you. It's weird, they should have all the tools upgraded by now. It's 2013 for Pete's sake but I guess, they didn't mind on updating there ways of rectifying such issues that consumers encounter. If naa man gani sila sa mga tools, I guess ilang technical support mo'y naay problema especially how they structure their customer service.
