like what I said, argue your case with the Makati RTC, the senate, or better yet bring some placards and protest outside Fort Boni. is that hard to do? if you think you're in the right, then fight for your cause there.

as far as I know, Judge Oscar Pimentel is not registered with istorya. so common sense tells me that NOBODY here (from Makati RTC) can hear what you're clamoring about much less act on it, am I right?

here's what Trillanes is accused of: "leading a 'coup"

just read below and if you have the luxury of time, just google the answers to all your questions ok?
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++

or not unlesss you wanted istoryan's (mostly who dosen't care) to believe on your arguments.. or you just wanted to express your freedom of expression here at this forum i.e. you wanted to be heard...

yha, we heard you..loud and clear, but most of the poeple here is not listening i.e. AGAINST!

    Jalosjos precedent

Santiago reminded her fellow senators of a Supreme Court ruling in 2000 denying Jalosjos’ petition to be allowed to attend sessions of the House of Representatives.

The high court said Jalosjos had to stay in jail even after he won in the election.

At the time Jalosjos was elected, he was doing time for raping a minor, but he had a pending appeal in the high court.

Malacañang recently commuted his sentence to 16 years, which would allow him to walk free in three years.

“Just because a detention prisoner has won as senator does not mean that he should be free to attend Senate sessions, because that would be a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution,” Santiago said.

She added: “All persons charged with nonbailable offenses, such as the crime of coup d’etat, have to remain in jail. Election as senator does not entitle a detention prisoner to special treatment. Otherwise, the result is what the law calls an invidious discrimination.”

Santiago also pointed out that as in Jalosjos’ case, those who voted for Trillanes were aware that he was in detention.

if you're not satisfied, then argue with Santiago.

    good luck.
Jalosjos is convicted. Trillanes is not. Thus the presumption of innocence prevail.

I would like to emphasize it. PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE!

If you cant understand it, thats not my problem.

I dont expect people to agree. Everyone has its own bias. If people stick to their biases even they know its wrong, its not my problem.

The important thing is that I was able to argue effectively why Trillanes was not allowed to sit in the Senate which lead to the Manila Pen incident.

effective? in what sense is he free now because of your effective argument,.., tsk tsktsk..

and by the way, its not bias.. its just that.. people are getting smarter this time.. and bias is confined to culture, race, religion, ***..and using ur brains especially your intellect rather than will is not in the context of "bias".. but rather at the higher echelon..

Jalosjos is convicted. Trillanes is not. Thus the presumption of innocence prevail.
Convicted or not, Trillanes was charged with rebellion, that's Senator Miriam Santiago's point. Why put a senator with strings attached in the first place?

"Stay out of trouble" -- Senate Minority Floor Leader Aquilino Pimentel Jr.'s advice to Trillanes

Senator Panfilo Lacson speaks about his conversation with Antonio Trillanes:

"Sabi ko, ‘Bakit hindi mo naisipan umupo na lang sa Senate at mag-privilege speech?’ Tapos sabi niya, ‘Oo nga, bakit hindi na lang ganun’ [I said, ‘Why didn’t you just think of sitting in the Senate and delivering a privilege speech?’ And he said, ‘Yes, why didn’t I just do that]?" -- Sen. Lacson

See how stupid that Trillanes is?

Even the opposition didn't agree with what he has done.

**Lacson gave Trillanes a book, "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu, in his visit to Camp Crame. We just hope that Trillanes will do some readings and his homework this time.
