Teletech.. bati na ang benefits interms of health care gamay basic etc... except na lng kung kato ila Telstra na account kay Am shift but ila health as WORST!

- Dili employee friendly. Igo ra maminaw sa reklamo na walay actions and walay pake sa mga tenured agents (kasagaran sa employees karon puro na newbies).
- Manager and accounting sucks (Hasta prizes sa raffles and awards naay tax) matingala lang ka kulang imo nadawat sa prize kay g.kuhaan daan sa tax.
- GRABE KA BAKAKON.. naka daog daw sila sa case na g.file sa agent na wala pa gani mahuman ang case.
- Dili ka sugtan mo resign, pugngan ka para ma abuso ka nila.
- Dili mo hatag og increase. Og naa man gani kay after 3-5 months sa imo pag 1 year.
- 3 in 1 Support mo diri, mag Chat, Emails and Calls mo at the same time pero depende ra ninyo og inyo buhaton para lang maka reach sa KPI.

Just got my COE via email from Telstra powered by Teletech and was VERY impressed with it... AS IN Payter kaayo. Then, when I checked my "last pay", na ningning ko kay P0.00... DAMN... It's alright... I wasn't expecting anything naman pud, and it just proves how BAD Teletech is... proven and tested!!!

Wala jud ko nagmahay nga wala nako anang kompanyaha....

WTF! kalingaw ani nga thread! Gimingaw nuon kog BPO work da, been with cvg, stream, wipro, ug ps before I left cebu. All of them had pro's all of them had con's.
