Default Acana Sport and Agility, the best dog food available in Cebu for active breeds

[QUOTE=Gerod.Menina;15814674]Unsay pinakabest dog food para sa Belgian Malinois Shepherd pang puppy og adult? hmmm[/QUOT.
For me, the best dog food for Belgian Malinois puppy and adult, as long as your dog is not allergic to Chicken, is ACANA SPORT AND AGILITY. It contains about 475 calories per 8 oz. cup. According sa mga suppliers both in Manila and Cebu, bihira lang daw ang gumagamit ng Sport and Vitality. I gave it a try anyway. I bought one 13KG na bag from Caminade. I use Orijen Puppy but the stools are wet. Acana sport and Agility contains grain, but steel cut oats, diili corn or rice, unlike most most dog foods which makes their blood sugar fluctuate drastically. It's a little less appetizing than Acana Pacifica which I use alternately.

But nakita nako a big improvement with my 7 month old Belgian Malinois, na super picky eater. She became more muscular and full. I give her 3 cups a day divided into two feedings, so 1.5 cups per meal. Mas pilian pani akong Malinois kay nako. Dili gani mukaon ug meat balls. Gusto niya beef steak or raw pork. After my long quest of finding the appropriate dogfood for her, I am sticking to this. It's a a small difference of 400 pesos compared to Vitality Puppy. I started her with Vitality but dili mukaon. Then Beef Pro, samot dili mukaon, mga aspin sa kalye akong gibahogan ug 22 kilos na beef pro. Lamb pro napud, mukaon better than beef pro, pero half ra ang kanon.

In the end, with what I spend for Acana, which is 2200 per bag, I actually save more than experimenting with cheaper brands na simhuton ra unya mag hunger strike. It's the first time na sila tanan, including my Jack Russel mangaon dyud, hurot pa. I'm so happy I discovered this brand. Mu try unta ko ug Canidae, pero this is better kay 33 percent protein. Maayo for athletic dogs and puppies. Ang ingredients pud niya high quaity. Nice kaayo ang coat, no need to supplement with Omega fish oil. I strongly suggest this, but do a slow transition. I did not do a slow transition. I switched 100 percent. Ning stabilize ra ang stools after 5 days. Less pud imo ihatag ani kay sa regular na dog food such as Beef pro or Vitality.

Acana Sport and Agility. Ang appetite grabe kaayo. Orijen puppy small breed is more yummy for them than Orijen Large breed.

Tried a lot of Dog food from super premium brands like (Orijen, Acana,Canidae,Wysong, etc) and the not so good brands (beef pro, integrity, etc.). What I noticed is that every dog has different needs and different preference to smell. Dog food don't have taste except for few brands like Royal Canin, etc. (I took a taste test per kibble). For me it depends what your dogs like when it comes to palatability.

For brands I personally prefer Vitality products. It never failed me and all my dogs are doing good at it. Even vets recommends it because its cost effective, good range of ingredients and its HACCP certified which stands from the rest if you know what I mean.
