I don't know if you know Pasay City RTC Judge Jesus Mupas (the guy who issued the warrant of arrest) but he has been reprimanded before for "sitting on cases"--then all of a sudden, he issues a warrant of arrest two hours after the prosecuting panel has filed its charges. 2 hours to read, review and scrutinize several stacks of documents and determine probable cause. That's not due process, that is a trial by kangaroo court.

Now when this case fails because of rashness, Arroyo's going to come out of this with 1 less case to face. How do they expect the truth to come out this way?
