Naka suway nako ug outdoor aquarium pero it didnt go too well, it was run over by hair algae/green Slime (spirogyra). I think it was due to the intense indirect light and small aquarium size. No filtration, gravel over topsoil substrate.

The neon rainbows in it were able to breed but i didnt get to raise the fry kay mom n dad prefer live foods.

I think you will have better success if you put emergent plants (which i didnt add) Once plants break the water column, they are no longer limited to the water's supply of CO2. You might even be able to see the emergent shoots bloom.

Green algae is better for the fishes but ang mag limpyo luoy kaau

Brown algae is not good for fishes but sayun ra tang2un heheh

oi guys didto diay ko sa riverfront ganina..thnx for the inputs sa direkshunzzz... =) kita ko sa iya marine aquarium..simple ra kaayo setup nya pero high powered filters lagi gamit..wooooo maka suya..naay mga tetras ganina pag adto nako 65 per piece...kita pud kog F.H. tripping kaayo..pero way makalupig sa marine nya nga mga fishes..BLue tang Fish (DORY sa finding Nemo) ,clownfish, butterfly fish....ug ambot unsa pa to hehehe pero mahal lang =( hehehe tiguman nya ko to..
