    wala sda ko kabantay nga naay cap. sige ra man kog dl kung naay bag-o nga BDrip nga mogawas. hahahha

    pero kabantay jud ko nga taas kaau ang ping sa DOTA2 (purpose nga nagpataod kog net) if buntag until mga 11pm oi.
    after 11pm or usahay midnight na gyud mo below 100ms akong ping. earlier than that and around 200+ms akong ping.

    About sa Dota, if mga 9AM-10PM mag duwa, akong ping kay ni balik na man to 66-100ms. Mu hinay siya inig mga 11PM na.

    Ako pud sige raman ko'g download, mura'g hapit 10GB everyday lol. Usahay muhinay ako speedtest mga 1.5 ra pero gubaon man PLDT so di na ko mahibung.

    When downloading files which are not torrent, Im getting the high speed I am paying for... Even in raw speed tests. But when torrenting, I have observed speed throttling is lowered 'uniformly' (no alteration in the torrent application setting).

    If PLDT is really implementing the capping due by their so called "FUP" policy, its no good and unfair, and that is NOT unlimited anymore.

    And if true, It 'may' seem they are making the policy as their 'decoy' to save bandwidth for their other distribution purpose.


    In the first place, I opted for PLDT DSL for other ISPs are implement bandwidth capping, and now it 'seems' they are too...

    Need help mga bai

    Before sa quake wala jd ko mg problema sa amng connection dri sa blay.. 1mbps ra gni to.. So after sa linog, ky wala na delay ko ug bayad 1month, na putol ang net so dd2 ko sa PLDT Tabunok pra mo byad then nblik ang net after 24-48hrs, pro dli nah jd stable ang connection so ng tuo ko nga tungod to sa quake bah so i gave time bcn naa ra gmay problema but then after a few weeks wala jd mblik.. Dli njd stable ang connection.. Mg fluctuate mn cya.. So blik ko ka PLDT Tabunok pra reklamo & bayad @ the same time.. Then kta ko sa ilang 3mbps nga plan so upgrade ko drtsu.. Mao 2 after a week saka nah akng speed pro dli njd stable prha pg b4 sa quake.. Ka 2 nko ng ilis ug modem gkan nla still having same issues.. Actually akng bh2n ani as of now is maminaw sa inyoha basin naa nka suway ani b4 then tmrw ill try to TS sa ani.. Wireless mn akng gmit ky 3 ka device ra akng gamit.. 1 ka laptop & 2 mobile phones pra sa connection.. So minaw sko sa inyo dri f naa nka suway ani nga issue and nsy inyo gbuhat.. Thanks a lot mga tao dri.. Akng gmit skng connection btw ky browsing ra jd like FB, istorya, espn, fantasy, mails, & specially skype w/ wifey mao rna.. No games at all.. So any ideas can help.. TIA! Sorry sa long posts sa mga test dy..

    Mao ni results sko speedtest for 2days.. So mkta nnu nga mo fluctuate akng connection.. as low as 0.22mbps to saka cya 2.91 or 0.62mbps to 3.03mbps while if tnaw mo sa time same2 ra ug oras pgka kuha as the other day..
