boss im planning to upgrade sa fibr, pero ask lang ko, old subscriber ka? unsaon ang old telephone #? and included naba ang phone line pod anang fibr? or naa mga addons?

kamang nasad ako plan 3k sa mydsl.. hasul kaau..

Hay naku, ga run ko ug net cafe business, for 2 weeks and more na na paralyze tungod sa PLDT.
They keep on telling us that they're sending a technician, but there is none that arrived, they just call to tell us to wait for their next call, over and over again.

Lowest na inabot dyan ay 0.05 mbps max.

And here I'm supposed to be subscribed to Plan 1995, for 5.0 MBPS.

Earlier this morning even though it was at 15-35 Ping, it only gave me a max of 1.5, like it was capped.
And their technicians, whenever they call, are very clueless and uninformed, not knowing that I've been subscribed to Plan 1995 (5.0 Mbps) for months now.
