I don't know how you play or have the pedal set, but Yngwie uses super skinny strings, super low voltage single coil pickups and he has a super fat yet articulate lead tone. Hinuon he does play through dimed non-master Marshalls with 4x12s...

My amp doesn't even have a bass control and it only has a 5" speaker and the YJM is really thick sounding on its own (i don't play the Bad Monkey and YJM at the same time, ako lang gitaud in series para sa picture. Haha.)

Don't forget his tone also comes from how he plays. You can copy what he uses and you will still sound different.
