HR and Payroll Associate
(CEBU-based)

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Psychology course or any related course
Must have experience in handling payroll
Must have at least 6 months experience in Human Resource and Administration
including filing, editing, tracking and maintaining data
Must be knowledgeable in MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
With Average to Excellent Communication Skills in both Written and Oral
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Demonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality and can handle sensitive information
Ability to communicate to all employees at all levels with tact and diplomacy
Demonstrates ability to take initiative with results and customer focused attitude
Should be flexible and can work under pressure
