@jakeeldrin: give him ORS (oral rehydrating solution) like Hydrite or Oresol... nasa pharmacy... then continue feeding... usually vets dont take hamsters in to treat them because they are so small. the best thin g you can do is to rehydrate him and give him vit. c... to prevent wet tails in the future... clean their cages regularly properly and if you have a new hamster, isolate the new one first before you join them together to make sure the new one is not ill. Also, avoid giving your hamster human food or too much greens. Usahay kanang pataka ta pakaon nila, magkalibang na sila. before i forget, ISOLATE THE SICK HAMSTER BECAUSE WET TAIL IS VERY CONTAGIOUS esp diarrhea that is bacterial in nature.

@bonsan: use chipsi classic... mao ako ma recommend. Because nka suway ko kanang local na wood shavings, dali ra ma saturate og urine, less absorbent and dali ra mu baho. Lahi ra ang chipsi. then replace their bedding with fresh ones regularly like once in 2 weeks. It also helps to put the location of your cage in an adequately ventilated area... but not necessarily outdoors. Para dli mabuot ang baho. Normally, strong jd na ang odor sa ila urine.
