i learned my lesson. i opted to choose wooden trusses because i think i can save a penny. it came out using steel trusses cost less
a roof contractor approached me before to do the roofing and quoted me worth P80k. i declined his offer since i can't afford one time payment. now wooden trusses cost me P60k plus labor and other materials but the progress still at half way. so sad.. bad decision indeed.

do you still have a contact with that who approached you for steel trusses? have my extension on going for my unit in DECA 5 mactan, plan to install steel trusses instead of wood.
