SPRINT back-office jud xa...my friend will be having his job offer this Monday and my final interview will be on monday as well, hopefully mkapasar.

Need sila 300 agents to start this pioneering account...and matod pa sa interviewer, this nonvoice account is NOT live chat nor email...purely Data entry for sprint...absolutely NO customer interaction watsoever...but of course the pay may not be as much as sprint sa cvg, but hey, importante naay work tapos nonvoice dba?

exam. initial. then try lang ingon nga non voice imong applyan. final interview then typing test. 30wpm ang requirements ra apply namo oyst hehehehe

walked in ganina sa stream. paspas baya ang process. i passed the english exam nya interview with HR dayun. ni stress pud ko for non-voice account ako gusto. ingun sila taud2 pa daw magsugod ang training maybe by june pa. tagaan man ko "congratulations" letter and tawagan ra daw ko schedule for interview sa manager. hopefully ok unta to. hehee
