This country has had enough of Trillanes' mutinies! He has forgotten that he's no longer a military man. As a matter of fact, he's got more power now that he's a "Senator" than he had being a military officer. Then you'd say, he should attend his sessions in the Senate. He can't because the Arroyo government didn't give him pardon thus he must attend his hearings and be a law abiding citizen. He shouldn't have taken over Oakwood. Cause and Effect.

    Too bad Gloria is smart.
You say you wont agree to Trillanes staging mutinies. Well, Trillanes could have had an opportunity to work change in the peaceful manner.

But the problem is Arroyo, disrespects the will of the people by not allowing trillanes to attend sessions. I cant understand. People dont like Trillanes staging coup but they dont want Trillanes to find peaceful alternatives to effect change by allowing him to discharge his functions as a Senator.

In any way, you want Trillanes to lose.

FYI, Cebu's economy is moving so fast. If you have a picture of Cebu in 1997 and compare it now, you will see the difference.

Yeah but I dont like it. I still prefer living in the mountains (literal meaning) where it is peaceful.

    Totally disappointing.

Unless some of you there recognized what are the GENUINE ISSUES rather than the peripherals, my opinion about Cebu detached with reality will not change.
If I would be an example of a Cebuano then let me tell you that YES I am aware about the corruption, the election cheating, NBN/ZTE deal, extra judicial killings, Palace bribery AND the mutinies, the coup d'etat.

The problem with the likes of you is that you think you have monopoly to knowledge, to understanding and the hows to what will make this country become better.

First you create assumptions of the people posting in this thread, second you make assumptions of what the Cebuanos know. Im waiting of your assumptions of me.

What i dont understand is why can't Trillanes' finish his hearings, finish his time in jail? If you remember the timeline, Oakwook mutiny came first before the elections. First in, First out. Just because he got voted, doesn't mean we need to pardon him. He can be pardoned, if Arroyo willed it so.

Finish his time in jail? The administration is deliberately delaying the proceedings so that Trillanes and Magdalo soldiers will remain in jail indefinitely. Its 2003 and yet the case is not resolved. On the other hand, the mastermind, Gringo Honasan was free to attend sessions in the Senate. His case was even dismissed because he pleadge allegiance to Gloria.

    How unfair to Trillanes.
