My first time to be there was way back in 1974...my dad (Romeo Herrera) was 3rd batch (196
...after he got married he moved his family there, because he was offered a teaching post. My mom eventually taught there as well.
I spent my Grades 1-3 there, at the defunct Laboratory Elementary School, from 1979-1982.
Like abortretryfail I also graduated from MSU Science High School, Science Training Center, but am ahead by a few years.
I graduated with a degree in English Lit back in 1995.
I taught there in 1995, then 1996-1998.
My siblings are still there now, still teaching. My daughter is now living and going to school there
full circle, three generations.
I'm very proud to say I'm pretty much a true-blue MSUan, not just a "temporary" visitor.
