if the government didnt create laws that could favor these multinational companies do you think they will invest here? peza might be a ghost town coz companies will be transfering to china. and do you think call centers will sprout like mushrooms in our country if they allow the unions to invade the industry? those industies invested in our country for profit and not to help our country.

they maybe capitalists but they are part of the government so whenever the government succeed or fail with their decisions, they are the ones responsible so they should be credited for it. plus they are the ones who made the laws so you just cant bypass them.

The government must be credited for a job well done this year as evidenced by the series of positive developments that happened. The GDP growth was indeed remarkable as well as the low inflation rate that prevented commodity goods from rising up in terms of their prices. The poverty rate has also decreased.

Whatever negative remarks may be said, it cannot be denied that this administration succeeded in its goal of resolving concerns. Tax measures may have offended majority of wage earners but the good thing is it helped raised government revenue.

if one looks at it superficially, of course there is 'progress'.

but when the government changes the definition of what 'unemployment' or 'poverty threshold' to lower down these once unacceptable figures, does it not sound like changing the rules in the middle of the game?

one can call that 'progress'. i call it 'delusion'.

i agree..but many don't get that concept..or maybe they are just plainly too tired of hoping for a better world that they'll just have to be content with a dog-eat-dog capitalist world
