Naa sad ka point. Pero maskin ma midwife pana cya or ma nurse. Sayop. Dakong Sayop kaayo to iyang gi buhat.
Naka tomong lang jud cya taw na mo reklamo jud. Wala ta kabaw dili nani bag`o sa mga pashensti then dili lang
sila mo tingog kay too nila walay maminaw or mo tabang ma express out nila ang ilang mga reklamo.

I agree na bsan kinsa pa to sayop iyang gibuhat kung ang reason sa pag tape kay saba, but if part to sa medical intervention wa lang ta khibaw, mao nang mayo unta mohatag pud ni sa ilang side ang hospital.

Shutting the baby's mouth because he/she is too noisy, labi na ana nga edad ... days old palang..

Is NEVER PART of ANY MEDICAL INTERVENTION,...... -- caps for emphasis lang..

If this nurse is a parent.. he/she will know that shutting a babies mouth because the baby is making too much noise is DEAD WRONG.

Basa ang diaper, ma feel sila uneasy ana maong dili makatulog ug makapilas pud kay hugaw gud na.. Ug dili makatulog ug tarong pud mahamper ang ilang growth.
Gigutom.. ikaw ba kunoy gutomon lalim ba? Magwild paman gani nang uban diha kay gigutom.
Gibutoran.... nakatry namo nagsakit ang tiyan ninyo? mao nana..

Crying is the only means sa bata nga mo call ug attention nimo in this case sa nurse.. mao ranay means nila to defend themselves from harm.. and taping their mouth to shut it kay she/he is being too noisy is like shutting the babies defense mechanism.. When that defense mechanism is down.. all sorts of bad things could happen...

This nurse or whatever he/she calls herself .. Should do some rethinking on what career to take, cause taking care of something living is not what her/him future holds.

Perhaps she should try her luck in a packaging company or selfies for sellotape.

Natural reaction of every nurses (or all people) when a baby cries is to check whats wrong. Crying is their only means of communication. Nya tape-an na man lang nuon?

I totally agree with you. It is totally inexcusable.
Ive read ra ba somewhere that they nurse says that she put the tape there kay iya gi pacifier ang baby. She taped it to keep it in place... Day, its so plain to see in the picture that there is no pacifier. Plus sa tape na lang daan na position, sa kataas sa tape, di lang mismo ang pacifier ana ang ma in place. Ang BABA na jud. Come on girl, we are not that stupid. And also, its a lame excuse since, FIRST AND FOREMOST, hospitals dont use pacifiers. They encourage breast feeding jud from the Moms labi na if few days old pa lang.

Your opinion is well meant to be fair.. In this case lang gyud..I don't think the nurse's intention is well meant.

Ang skin sa bata grabi na ka sensitive. As what the doctor told me, maong ipalayo na sila gyud ug naay sakit and other irritants kay ang layer sa ilang skin is not that developed, unlike sa adult.
Using tape sa mouth pa gyud.. good thing in this case kay dili irritable ang bata sa kana nga tape.

That nurse should because of so many other reasons could have in mind a reason for her/himself to shut that baby's mouth.
But that reason whatever that is couldn't be found in any of the medical books..

This is one form of malpractice on the nurse's side.

And the hospital ..... as usual manghunaw sa ilang kamot.. walay labot ang ilang money-making business if unsa man gani ang ilang staff gipangbuhat.. ouch!

Ilansang sa krus!" chill pa gani ang amahan kay gahuwat sa official statement sa ospital. i'm well aware of the images and evidences, irrefutable jud siya. pero ako lang mamatikdan ang pagka emotional sa mga tawo diri nga kuwang nalang panitan ang nurse. pareho ra pod sa comments sa fb. grabeh ra ta ka judgemental to the point nga ma blind na ta. restraint sad panagsa, para maka think clearly and objectively.
