its either im doin' something wrong or something is wrong with my steam
wat did u put for ur UDP Port
if you're on a network dili ka makita directly sa imo friend, you need to forward ports on your router. not sure kung unsa gamit sa CS.. do research on it and check your router manual on how to forward ports. easiest thing to do is make your server IP address DMZ (all ports allowed--not advisable though) kung directly connected ka online, make sure imo firewall correct ang settings.Originally Posted by cHoLoCoY
i enable'd my DMZ on my router,..... is there anything else i need to do?
wats all this "port range forwarding"? and "port triggering"?
if DMZ is enabled (not advisable as it would make your network insecure) you need to make sure that the DMZ'ed IP address is that of the computer running as server. to learn more about port forwarding here's a site that explains it thoroughly: http://portforward.com/routers.htm
just look for your router model and look for counter-strike port forwarding instructions.
if you go for port forwarding, don't forget to turn off DMZ
