    sakit lng jud kaayo! sometimes, hot compress ko if naa ko sa ofis per our nurse but if di na jud madala, i'll take med na jud!!!

    i usually experience dysme every month..so akong buhaton kay mg ihap ko kung when maabot ako next peiod..then a week before ana kay d na kau ko mo eat ug meat..more on veggies and fish..but if d na kaya then mo inom kog meds especially karon nag work nko..

    yup resveratrol does that for. try mo ung slenda sis. Isa sa effect niya ung nakakawala ng dysmenorrhea bukod sa nakaka lose siya ng weight.

    symptoms nako if naa ko dysmenorrhea. kay tugnawon kog grabe na mura kog magkurog then singoton kog bugnaw, kalibangon ko, kasukaon ko, sakit kaayo akong pus-on as in grabe kaayo na pain unbearable kung di ko motake ug mefenamic acid, mag cramps ako tiil, malipong ko, sensitive ko sa light and sound bisag hinay lang gusto ko hilom jud, di ko kabarog murag halos muligid nalang ko, as in wala koy kusog jud and grabe kaayo ko ka luya.
