I don't think I have, sorry. The Microprose flight sims I've tried (but not on my list above because I spent little time with them) are:

1988: F-15 Strike Eagle, F-19 Stealth Fighter

1990: F-117 Stealth Fighter

1991: F-15 Strike Eagle II

1993: Gunship 2000 (heli)

1997: F-15 Strike Eagle III

But we're straying from the topic, so let me get it back on track...

Datablitz SM or Ayala. This is where I buy my legit games/software. ArmA (Armed Assault, a "cousin" of Operation Flashpoint) is still available there.
