i think kana nga inhaler kay steroid ang content ana. well ang side effect sa steroids kay mohumok ang bukog, dali ka masakit, then modako pa jud imo nawng. gitawag na ug "moonface", kay molingin man ang nawng pero daut ang lawas.

anithistamine- claritin or virlix for allergy rhinitis. mas mahal ang virlix.
try asking your doctor kung unsa na antihistamine. naa man gud na daghan klase. plus basin naa ka allergies.
mayang: mahal man sad ang claritin. But naa daw usa which is affordable jud cetirizine, haven't tried it pa nuon
sakto hours sa tulog, drink more water, if possible take vit cOriginally Posted by khymm
take vit. c regularly. good sleep, exercise or just plain brisk walking and eat good food. try taking honey in the morning & before bedtime & kalamansi juice (if wala kay hyper acidity). refrain from eating too much or making your tummy very full, sure jud na nga hubakon ka. be on the look out sad if naa kay allergy kay they will go together baya.
Im asthmatic since birth and i almost had a close call with death last sunday sa SM, because of allergy ug gikuyogan sa asthma. allergy of something which im still not sure unsa ug asa nako nakuha. mga friends nga pareho nako, have an asthma & allergy medicine in your pockets or bags always for emergency. i dont use regularly any asthma spray or medicine. i only have a medicine kung dili na kaya ug natural way to regulate my asthma
another thing, every week pag change ug beddings sa imo room to keep away the dustmites which is also a trigger to asthma.
i forgot,,,,, meditation with proper breathing can help you also regulate your asthma attack. I learned it from my Sensei in Aikido. Whenever i have asthma attack, i take medicine go to the Dojo and I do meditation and breathing longer than anyone then practice.
