no age limit for yoga classes? my dad is 60+ and wants to learn yoga. more on the relaxation part, not the fexibilities. If you offer Yoga classes, pls pm me.

i join ananda marga. no age limit. i even invited my mom to join. she is 62. it's 1100 for basic course (8 sessions) every tue and thu at 630pm. free snacks afterwards! yum.. naa relaxation and meditation after doing the yoga asanas or poses.

yoga one is in BTC, i dont have a number but I think both yoga one and ananda have 1k+/month program.
