Mao na mga migo miga nga naay diabetic sa inyong pamilya, watch what you eat & exercise regularly.
Don't deprive yourself in eating sweets basta i-control lang, ayaw palabi.
And pa check up sad sa doctor ninyo para ma monitor sad ninyo inyong health.
@htebiram : it goes all with the internal complications, if you have diabetis, kidney will be the first organ to fail, then complications of the pancreas then to the heart. papa lost his one kidney at the age of 5 years old. got first heart attacked at 20. life is harsh to all diabetic.
hahaystt.. my lola.. grabe na jud.. 3-4 times a week ang dialysis

worst case scenario: multiple organ failure basta dili ma control.
1.) kidney failure > wala nay mo filter sa imong toxins sa dugo.. so mag dialysis
2.) pulmonary edema > ang liver dili na maka produce ug albumin so dili na maka re absorb ang imong capillaries sa fluid sa mga tissue resulting to water in the lungs, secondary disease is myocardial infraction (heart attack).
