    and there's a catch he is waaaaay younger than us... anyway i owe this guy a lot since I got to have an idea about incorporating strength training in my routines w/c is by the way effective since im looking thicker than before so I owe this guy thanks!

    Dips
    - 3x5 bw

    DB row
    - 100lb per hand 3x5

    Squat
    - up to 160kgx1 (Equal PR)

    dips 3 x 10 reps

    my compound lifts. pahuway sa ko pyramid sets.

    Clean- 90kg 1x2, 1, 1, 1, CNJ 2x1

    Press- up to 65kg 1x3, 67.5kg 1+ 1PP, 1+1PP, 1+1PP

    Squat- up to 125kg 3x3
