This was a pretty bad session I must say..
Clean- 90kg 1x2, 1, 1, 1, CNJ 2x1
Press- up to 65kg 1x3, 67.5kg 1+ 1PP, 1+1PP, 1+1PP
Squat- up to 125kg 3x3
I just tried the Insanity work out for the first time. Need I say more?
