what i wanna say is not a new statement on this thread...

Helmet Standard policy is very helpful to everyone riding a motorcycle.
Head Injury, in most cases of motorcycle accident, is the most common or if not the leading cause of drivers/riders death...

Therefore, if we are using Standard helmet, it could save a lot of rider's lives...

BUT THE MOST FUNNY HERE IS!

"Is the said Law will be Implemented According to its Objectives?"

MY ANSWER IS: IT'S VERY IMPOSSIBLE in our country!

As what I have noticed during "checkpoints"...... and i know you are all aware of this...

Let us say, they're having a "TASKFORCE MOTORSIKLO" or sumthing similar to that...

In general what we are expecting here whether you are a driver or not (in civilian's mind)

Their SOP here must include the following...

    - it must frisk the driver
    - check it's bag
    - ubox, and other malicious thing....

before asking for the vehicle's CR/OR and Driver's License!

but what is happening here is they'll only check your CR/OR and Driver's License....
What if there are criminals/robbers passing a checkpoint?

SO, what's the purpose of this "CHECKPOINT"? hastang!

    - they should change "CHECKPOINT" to "CHEQUEPOINT"
'coz most probably it'll end up to cash or something like that!
