As agreed last meeting we will be having a second General Meeting on April 1, 2012 (either 6-8am or 6-8pm)...(either Cebu City Sports Complex or istorya.net office)….kun adto ta sa istorya.net office kinahanglan pa ni ug explicit GO signal ni boss Melvinthegreat.

Pili namo asa ninyo ana para ma finalize nato early next week kay para pud mka adjust ta sa isig ka schedule nato…

II. Formulation of the Club’s Rules and Regulations

III. Requirements of the Pioneer Members
a. Personal information
b. Accident Waiver and Release of Liability / Parental Consent / Health Certificates

So,,mga higala these are my SUGGESTONS/RECOMMENDATIONS ONLY dili pa ni final ha ‘coz I am not the voice of power here…So, kun OK ran ni sa majority,,aawww lahos ta , otherwise kun naa pa moy suggestions and recommendation nga gusto ninyo ipasundayag dapat mintras sayo pa i-ladlad nana diri kay para ma planohan na daan natong tanan before sa actual nga meeting,,kay kun inig abot pa nato sa meeting ta ayha pata mag huna huna unsay atong tuki-on mahurot atong bilinhong oras….And also, I believe that the agendum and topics presented above are the ones important enough needed to be discussed next general meeting BUT it does not mean that they are the ONLY important ones,,,pwede ra gud na nato pun-an pero sa given time frame sa meeting which very limited, murag kana ra gyud atong ma discuss …very possible paman gani nga dili na mahurot ug discuss…basta ang atong mga suggestions and recommendations must be attainable given our limited time.


And also as much as possible please be on time…mga runners raba kunohay ta, so kun ma late abot unya Gun Start na aww,,habilin gyud bwahahaha.

OK boss karlocut3...your concern is NOTED,,,if ever you will be able to attend the 2nd meeting you MUST voice this out before the meeting is concluded,,, Final decisions will be made during the actual meeting and not here in the Forums...pero kung dili gyud ka maka attend sa 2nd meeting, ato gihapon ning paga tukion...

However,, as what has been agreed unanimously by the attendees of the first meeting yesterday there will now be a monthly regular fee of a P50 (P100 man gani ta to pero mi suggest si boss Melvin nga P50 lang para affordable sa tanan ug long lasting pud)....OK, tungod lage pud kay wla man pud ta mka presenta daan ug mga agendum ug topics nga angay hisgutan sa 1st meeting BEFORE hand, ato nalang sigurong i-consider nga null and void sa tong monthly regular (P50) until mka decide tag FINAL sa next general meeting....But rest assured that this concern will be brought up during the meeting and be decided....thnx to your input boss karlo.

Now,,ako gihangyo ang tanang members sa atong grupo nga mu attend gyud mu ug paning kamut para ma kwenta ang inyong tingug in case naay mga decision nga kinahanglan ug votation sa majority of the attendees...ang kadtung dili mka attend please i-voice out gyud ninyo daan ang inyong concerns pertaining to the presented agendum...(just like karlo did)..kudos to you boss karlo, your action is highly appreciated)...however, all decisions made will be GREATLY if not SOLELY be influenced by the attendees.

...TO AVOID mayhem/chaos in operating a group or an organization.......imagine lang gud kung tanang members naay kanya kanyang different OPPOSING opinions nga gusto gyud i-patuman para sa kaayohan sa grupo,,syempre gubot gyud di bah?....mao nang atong ginahimo nga ang tingud sa sa mga attendees ang mas taga-an ug gi-bugaton in decision makings kay sila man ang naa mismo didto sa actual nga decision making, but it does not mean nga dili nalnang taga-an ug pag tagad ang mga concerns sa non-attendees.



Question:

...Unsa man ang dapat himoun sa tanang members after maka FINALIZE na ug decision?

Answer:.

...we must ACCEPT and FOLLOW what has been decided during a particular meeting with all MATURITY and HUMILITY even if it directly opposed our own opinions ....otherwise, gubot gyud kaayo kun dili mu cooperate ang usa ka member simply because what sya mka uyon sa decision sa grupo....ang uban ana mang hawa nalang mao nang mabungkag ang grupo.



OKies,,,like what I've mentioned ealier nga amo nang paga tukion ang concern nga gi-presentar ni boss karlo,,but just to add my own personal opinion regarding this,,,,paning kamutan sab gyud nako ug pasabot sa tanan mka attend sa meeting nga DILI gyud pud maayo ang EXTRAVAGANT nga mga expenses and fees kay dili gyud ta parehas ug status sa panginabuhi....dakong example ani kay AKO, pobre ra intawn kong pagkataw:
pero mu-uyon or ni-uyon ko nga naa tay regular membership fee para lang pud sa UPKEEP sa usa ka grupo....lisud man pud gud kon anha ra ta mag collecta kun naa na tay propsed activities or projects kay sure ko ma-apikihan gyud ta ana sa pag collecta ug basin ma timing gyud nga apeki gyud sa kwarta..... Mao bitawng sa mga companya nga wlay igong pundong pinansyal dali ra gyud kaayo mahagsa.

hehe dont worry dili, wla paman sab ta mka finalize aning dapita....so once again salamat sa input boss karlo and boss francis

Agree ko ani boss takas. DAPAT jud naa ta regular membership fees para naa ta funds. Taking into account boss karlocut3's concerns, pwede man ta makahimo ug compromise ani. If majority sa group dako.an sa 50 pwede man cguro nato ubos2.an like ma 30 or maybe 40 kay naa baya ta mga members na estudyante pa.

Suggest lang ko daan kay murag dili ko maka.apil sa meeting karung umaabot na April.
