not sure which bank imo UITF bai but basically, NAVPU is already net of trust fees, taxes and related charges...incorporated na na usually sa NAVPU computation...
Pero if you see the 1.5% additional charges sa imo account...basi they usually reflect the handling or administrative charges on the statement of account...would be better to ask the UITF customer support...basi they can answer better than bank manager

by the way, I found BPI charges "Handling or Administrative Fee" which is 1.50% of the subscription amount...could be that one kun BPI ka?
