this reminds me so much about TP! arang2x na lang ang offer sa TP before kay with allowances na man to nya naa plus 2k for experience premium kunohay.. but sus.. mao rang istoryaha, mga 7k+ ra jud every payday one time ra ko kasuway nga nag 8k+ ngano kaha to nag-milagro tingali..not worth it oi, you can find better offers from other centers. Same pud og account with TP, At&T Mobility..strikto ra ba kaayo ang AT&T.. okay ra unta ang stress, pressure sa stats og unsa pa na diha basta sakto lang pud ang bayad sa company ba.. gamaya sad anang 14k oi..wala lagi tax pero .. gamay ra jud..

didto ko job fair nila sa SM gahapon, usa ra ka interview then US Exam daw ugma adto sa Waterfront lobby magkita, hoping for the best, mao ra ni ako ma-share......

nka take ka sa US exam US exam is an interview either phone calls or personal then the interviewer are form the USA.
luckily usa ko sa nadawat.

ng.client interview mi ganina face to face.. daghan mi.. so far daw 2 ra ang nahagbong.. and next batch kay start 1st week of march man cguro. then kami ng.job offer pud mi ganina kay start karon feb. 13 wave 1. For me, gmayan ko sa sweldo kay 14k basta di pka certified or basta training non-tax na cya. ang 2k nga naa sa contract kay dili pa applicable as well as mga night diff ek-ek pay (kato mga percent2x) applicable ra after training or once certified nka, e.renew pa daw ang contract kung probi nka kay mao daw na imong hire date.. haahahah! basta mao na akong pagsabot sa pag.explain.. ang 14k kay nontaxable so limpyo 7k madawat every 15 days, plus 5thousand after sa product training... ang other 5thousand (signing bonus na cya hah..) kay once ma.regular nka...

faet lng kay ikaw mgbayad sa imong medical nga 500+ toinks.. basta di lng mu.ubos sa 7K per 15 days ang sweldo kay other call centers every 15 days mulimpyo man ka ug 8-9 so duol2x ra.. waaaah awon lng ni..

naa unta mi language training and ang allowance kay 300+ but in need naman sila.. skip mi ana.. ehheeh. may nuon aron di pami mu.agi ug 1 week nga 300+ ra sweldo.. hehehe.. at&t mobile daw acct.
