Many people who have been eagerly anticipating the releases of both The Old Republic and Battlefield 3 for the PC were disturbed to read what the fine print of EA’s new Origin client read. In short, that anybody with Origin installed on their system have given EA the right to monitor all of their PC activity, including what websites you visit, what programs you have installed and, perhaps most importantly, what files you have downloaded. EA also reserve the right to sell or share this information with external parties.

It's a good thing na TOR won't require Origin to play.
