i dont think they did that to look COOL , some may had just comformed maybe bec. nakita nila effective pangpawala sa stress, most of them were on a night shift and it aint that easy to keep yourself up all night plus stressful pa kaau sahay mga customers, parehas lang na sa mga taw nag sigarilyo kung tugnaw labi na winter nagpa sosyal sila ana? hehe, adto sa gimikan nuon daghan nag smoke para magpaka sosyal lang ehehhe

I know most non-smokers will not understand why other people smoke. Given that call center people are adults, then those people can already think and decide for themselves. If they choose to smoke, let them. They're not admonishing you for not smoking, right? Just leave it be. Live and let live.

There are indeed a lot of stress reliever, smoking is one of them. That's what you call personal preference. Still, this does not apply to cc agents only. That's the main focus of this thread.
