Before he was chief PNP nobody could instill discipline. When he was at the helm of the PNP he disciplined the forces like never before. As I said Si Ecleo Lord mana si Lacson tao ra. There is no basis for comparison. THE keyword is DISCIPLINE. Thats what this country needs. Gubot pa sa lukot.

lacson is good but no thanks anyway.... i can sensed that he is after for POWER! this is based on my gutfeel and opinion but that's what i see on this person... he's much worst than any politician that i could think of. his got the calm face with a dark heart inside.... at least that's how i feel but i think he's not good!!!
