Another unsatisfied customer... the number just keeps on growing...

And Oh, I guess their manager is in hiding... We all can't seem to get a hold of him/her. haha.

@orangepink: Thanks for giving us the links... I hope constantine will have the time to read them and believe us now that we're not the only people disgusted with Fitness First's customer service, like they have one.

to st@rr and ryan you said cebuanos are hard to please? or some ignorant cebuanos just like yourselves who complains too much? who am i to say why Gold's Gym is not and will never be opening here in Cebu anymore? is that im one of the franchise owner here in the Philippines.... thats why.... since i had seen that its not worth it to put up one here.... i told my partners that lets find another place.... like what i said from the past post.... if your not satisfied in joining fitness first then build your own gym and start your own gym business.... all you do is talk.... talk talk talk.... thats why your country will never ever going to improve.... all you do is complain.... complain about everything..... my goodness.... go ahead complain again.... and st@rr you said that there are LOTS of people like you who complains? then why dont you gathered all these "people" that you said and bring them to fitness first.... and lets see how many are you.... i guess your just speculating too much that there are LOTS of people who complained.... where are they then? common guys your just creating numbers here....

by the way st@rr and ryan how old are the both of you? what's your achievements in life? do you own a business? a company? you speak like you know all the answers to every questions.... there's an old italian saying that "people who complain too much doesnt have anything to show in life" thats why all they do is complain.... they get so much satisfaction by complaining.... and when you ran out of things to complain then you create another one.... you people....

bahala na ug ingnon mi na ang cebuano hard to please.at least dili mi mga biktima sa mga "trend" ud dili mi biktima sa paghasol sa ubang tao.. go build your stupid gym somewhere else..dili mi palabot inyo lang ming ilad-ilaron sa inyong kaboang.I work at the Ayala Admin. and it is TRUE there are lots of complain ani na establishment.. CONSTANTINE you go someplace else where your greed for money will be satisfied and go to a place where there are lots of dumb people to fall for your "racket"..Alangan naman ug dili mi mo complain na amo manang kwarta inyong gipang tikasan.

mabuhi man mi bah kung wala ning mga "pasikatay" na gym..
other gyms are always there to cater our needs na dili mi hasolon.
kinsa lang ang ma-pordoy... kamo man mga aron ingnon na maayo na businessmen..

Anyway, yatakitumbi is right. My sister and I are waiting for our august credit card bills. If they're not reverse, we're taking this to the DTI. I recently checked out their site and there's a section there where you can file a complaint regarding consumer services. We only have to provide the necessary documents.

For my sister and I, it's about the money --- our HARD-EARNED money.

orangepink, i'm waiting for my august statement too. if wala na reverse, count me in nga moadto dti. di ko ganahan ma taken advantage lang ta, at least if we take action, nobody else will experience the same horrible thing.

no need na hanapin sila simple because they cant really face thier members. kuna diha sa cebu na mga staffs mag sige ug tago mas lalo na ang ilang office siguro sa manila diba? wa na siguro sila ma alibay sa atong mga complaints and questions. what kind of a worl class company are they!!!

Count us in when you go to DTI just tell us what you need They never reversed our fees anyway.

Sorry Constantine cracking or even figuring out the Cebuano mind is at best SCIENCE and ART...you must be a master of BOTH...Once you got it FIGURED...OTHER AREAS are just PEANUTS...A Lot of COMPANIES are STILL trying to FIGURE us OUT....KEEP on TRYING...

I find this statement very funny and interesting....Am a Cebuano myself and used to think that way, until I found out----Hey there's a world out there. And the world doesn't revolve around Cebu. Hehehe, I guess that's why Cebuanos are sometimes accused of being arrogant little pricks. Suffering from too much self esteem. =) Doesn't hurt to be humble and be open to ideas from the outside.

Well Mr. Brain_d...Just an example....Racks the famous store for ribs closed shop after a year(I ate there 3 times it was good but the price is unpalatable.....So does Pollo Loco....

Well anystore can can open here in Cebu....We are no pricks... We just want value for money...Its not easy to earn a living....Cebu is not that blessed with resources...We don't have agricultural lands...thats why its our culture here to get the most of the little we have....So keep trying....Well cebuano are starting to change....but the fact remains we remain the ACID TEST for any product or service....if it can survive here it can survive anywhere....

To those who were charge erroneously just inform the credit card company and contest the charges....
Give the headache back to Fitness First.....
