unsaon ni pag remedy ang ingon ani? dili man ko stressed, relax raman ko pirmi. then gamit ko head and shoulders shampoo. cge rapud ko semi-opaw. i usually sleep 12mn, pero mata ko mga 9-8am man pud. i think that's enough sleep. any suggestions? nganha rajud sa nga part mag ingon ana.

Nizoral bro. katong green. tapos kung dili na jud madala, ipa-derma. barato lang man tapos effective. akong pag-umangkon gud ingana pud sauna. hehe. okay naman rn. iyang derma kanang sa perpetual. bernad man siguro pangalan ato.

Try this:

1) Wash hair with Sulphur Soap (for 10 mins) then rinse thoroughly with warm water
2) Follow on with a liberal amount of Head and Shoulders for 10mins then comb affected area
3) Rinse hair thoroughly then Nizoral again for 10 mins then repeat combing
4) Wash hair thoroughly then apply VCO.

You only need to do this TWICE A WEEK to keep dandruff from coming back.

Also after following the regimen above, use ordinary shampoo but make sure it doesn't dry your scalp. Btw, Head and Shoulders and Nizoral only kill the dandruff germs that's for sure...but a dry scalp is a good breeding ground for dandruff germs according to dermatologists.

ketoconazole kay fungus na ang dandruff or kanang much stronger nga antifungal, ask lang sa pharmacy. it is contagious..use your own comb and towel..
