thanks bai nowayl. actually bati pa ni gamay kay nakuha gyud ang kilid nga wa pa mahuman ug pintal. hihihi. enhanced na ni gamay in terms of color saturation and exposure adjustment. payter gyud ni D5000 ilabi na kung nindot ug natural lighting. Thanks for keeping this thread for all aspiring and existing D5000 users. Salute!

nindota oi. . Sharp kaau, unsay gamit nimong lens ani bai?

actually refurb'd unit ra gyud ang ako pero I bought the body without the lens then palit lang ko ug 18-105 VR lens pang all-around lens. mas taas gamay ug reach kaysa sa 18-55 VR lens. kit lens sa D90. maoy gamit nako ani. naa sad ko 35mm f/1.8 for indoor and low-light captures. fast and sharp gyud ni nga lens plus nindot ug bokeh effect. if naay budget lagi, target nako kanang tokina 12-24mm f/4.0.
kadto unta 11-16mm f/2.8 kaso lang since way built-in motor ang D5000, dili ni siya mo-autofocus. ang 12-24mm kay mowork ra. ang ako man gud inclination kay landscape and nature photography so gamit gyud and wide angle lens. mahal man gud ang nikon 10-24mm 3.5-5.6.

bai waryu, pila palit nimo sa imo tamron 17-50mm? how is it man? karon nga pirmi nako gamit ug dslr narealize jud nako nga mas wise gyud mopalit ug fast lens. mas maenjoy gyud nimo ang photography kay dili ka limited then di pud ka ma-stressed kay naa man usahay shot nga mo-ungot ang camera.

@sushikandi: tips? hmmmm... concentrate on the composition of ur pic. since we have new
technologies at our hands, might as well take advantage of it. so, shoot raw and ur
PP will do the rest. use Lightroom

@nowayl: bro, all i can say is choy jud kau tan-awn ang D5000 w/ batt. grip but as for its function,
medyo useless. why? because walay aperature / shutter speed knob ang grip. shutter
release ra. what i.m trying to say is, kung mag portait shooting ka, dili ka mka adjust sa imu
settings using the batt. grip. shoot ra ka diretso for the lack of its knob.
