1. FRENCH FRIES: LARGE (200ml of oil) - kalami ani. haha pero mahal
2. ICE CREAM/DOUGHNUT - waaa kalami pero sum-od
3. BURGER - mahal. haha if libre, then lami.
4. ICED TEA: ICF- dehydration - hilig ko ani sauna. karon di na
5. CHIPPY RED: LARGE (2-3 tbsp salt) - di kay ko ani
6. INSTANT CANTON: 1 PACK (3 days before detoxified by the liver) - if feel lang nako mu eat. pero di jud pirmi. hehe
7. SWEETENED PORK (tocino, longganisa, etc. - lami pero sumo kung pirmihon. ok ra once a month. i don't like delis and processed meat very much

before ko mutoo ani i have to read the article from WHO.. it pays to be skeptical.
