chaia: about boot camp, i got it... and it is good.. so good... rip off fats and gain a bit of muscles or just maintaining what you have... i've been to this kind of exercises back in high school... with this one.. i can't reach my target, so i'll stay with bodybuilding...

koykoy: about the gaining lean mass and ripping off fats, MAYBE it applies to some... for me, i started 150lbs (5'7") january, now i'm 175lbs... aiming for 190lbs or more by the end of the year...
